	ACCOMMODATION
Our accommodation providers use products manufactured by local food manufacturers. GUEST HOUSE and RIDING CLUB SUCHÁ Location: 3 kilometrs from Litomyšl in aneatvillage Suchá (70 permanent inhabitants). The guesthouse and riding club employ local people. It is a family-run business, 24 bedss, 2-4 besd per room, in each of the rooms there is a bathroom with shower, and water savers are installed. The rooms and the guesthouse are furnished with locally produced woodwn furniture. Full board is provided in own restaurant, vegetarian and only-organic food can be provided upon request. Wastewater is cleaned in the facility´s own wastewater treatment plant and is pumped overto a small pond nearby. the guesthouse uses environmentally friendly detergents and washing powders. In the comming year photovoltaic cells and solar panels wil be installed on the building´s roof. Attached to the guesthouse are stables, riding school and stud run by the family. ECOLOGY CENTRE PALETA in OUCMANICE Location: the Ecology Centre Paleta Oucmanice is located close to a small town of Brandýs nad Orlicí. It is ideally located as a staringpoint for hiking and cycling. The entire facility has been thoroughly renovated, and its main advantage consists in the used environmentally friendly technologies (solar panels, heat pump, root-zone treatment plant, photovoltaic cells). There is also small shop selling fair-trade goods, local products, quality Czech wines and books for ecological education. In the building, there are two small historical exhibitions living - and farming. Very poular among small and big visitors to the farm are its animal inhabitants - a donky, goat, sheep, and pigs. Nice natural materials (like wood and stone) are used in the entire complex, there is also a modern kitchen and common dining room. The rooms have 2 - 7 beds. The centre employs local people - cooks, instructors, manager. The guests may participate in the programmes organized by the ecology centre, these programmes describe the history of husbandry, show old arts and crafts, inform about local wildlife. Everyone can try to make products from raw wool, find out about the many species living in the local pond and try out numerous practical activities. The facility is owned by a regional ecological organization Paleta Pardubice focusing on enviromental education of childern and adults.
